Having really cut my teeth at MySpace UK between 2007 and 2009 i have since worked as a social business consultant, working with various businesses to develop varying aspects of their business by employing social technologies and open methodologies. Last year i worked with Brew to help music startup ‘Mflow‘ launch in the UK to much aplomb & also worked directly with Xbox EMEA including the launch of Kinect – the biggest consumer launch of 2010.
My main focuses have shifted to concentrate on how social technologies can help improve business intelligence, create a culture of openness, as well as marketing & PR. It’s always important to have in mind the P & L when implementing Social Business and Enterprise 2.0 strategies. What is the quantitative benefits as well as the qualitative benefits.
